kkfbo Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kkfbo website located at kkfbo.io and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by kkfbo ("we", "us", "our", "kkfbo").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a kkfbo account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited for your personal use.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not currently hold any other active kkfbo account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kkfbo or had your account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. kkfbo reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.

kkfbo reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason for such a decision.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kkfbo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kkfbo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify kkfbo immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Contact our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] as soon as possible.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

kkfbo operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point determined by kkfbo. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, in serious cases, account suspension.

3.2 Account Currency

All accounts on kkfbo are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, wager amounts, winnings, and account balances are expressed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent the Bangladeshi Taka.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has taken place for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kkfbo reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate your account, simply log in and contact our support team.

4. Deposits and Payments

kkfbo accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), and select bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. kkfbo does not accept third-party deposits. If a third-party deposit is identified, kkfbo reserves the right to void any associated winnings and return only the original deposit amount to the depositing party.

Deposits are generally credited to your kkfbo account in real time for mobile wallet methods such as bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing times. kkfbo is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your kkfbo account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

kkfbo aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Any active bonus balance must be played through in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• Your account must not be subject to any ongoing investigation, restriction, or suspension.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable withdrawal limit in force at the time of the request.

kkfbo reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether a prior KYC check has been completed. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kkfbo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL cricket cashback promotions, Eid deposit matches, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each individual promotion. Incomplete wagering at the expiry of the promotional period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

kkfbo operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the voiding of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using coordinated play strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Providing false registration information to qualify for a promotion.
• Placing low-risk, hedge, or arbitrage bets with the primary purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine risk.

6.3 Promotional Changes

kkfbo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the effective date of such change, provided wagering requirements have not yet been completed.

7. Betting Rules and Void Bets

All sports betting markets on kkfbo — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available sports — are governed by the specific market rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a market-specific rule and these general Terms, the market-specific rule shall prevail.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by kkfbo. kkfbo reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced (where live betting is not offered), where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting activity.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window.
• The bet was placed at a price that was clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.
• The outcome of the event has been determined to have been the subject of corruption, match-fixing, or other irregular conduct.
• kkfbo determines that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

7.3 Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the conclusion of the relevant event. Settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). kkfbo reserves the right to delay settlement pending the outcome of any official review or appeal process.

8. Casino Game Rules

Casino games available on kkfbo — including live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, game shows), slot machines, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All RNG (random number generator) based games use certified random number generation software. kkfbo does not modify game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. kkfbo will not honour winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface before play commences. These limits may vary by game, table, and player tier.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkfbo Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its proper functioning.

10. Responsible Gaming

kkfbo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. kkfbo collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kkfbo uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication related to your account and applicable promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkfbo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kkfbo does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kkfbo shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party payment services.

In all circumstances where kkfbo is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kkfbo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

kkfbo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been detected or is reasonably suspected.
• kkfbo is required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
• An account has been identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion.

Upon permanent account closure for a Terms violation, kkfbo reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request without any associated violation, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
